How we work:

We're fully remote and have been for a long time, it's not a perk, it's how we operate. We work asynchronously by default, trust people to manage their own time, and keep meetings purposeful.

We get together in person as a team as and when we can, and we invest in making remote work actually work: home office setup, a real learning budget, and a culture where autonomy is expected, not earned.
