The role in brief
We are building a new business intelligence product at Vable: companies, deals, sectors, and people data designed specifically for law firm BD and marketing teams. The person we are looking for will own the build from the ground up, working hands-on in the early stage and growing into leading a small team as the product proves itself. They report directly to our Head of Content Intelligence and have real influence over what gets built and how.

Who we are looking for
They have probably spent several years in a BD, marketing intelligence, or research role at a law firm or professional services firm. They know tools like Mergermarket, Refinitiv, or DealCloud well, have strong views about where they fall short, and are at the point in their career where they want to own something rather than contribute to someone else's roadmap. They are a self-starter who picks up new tools quickly and does not need a complete brief to make progress.
The referral reward
We are offering £500 to anyone who introduces us to the person we go on to hire. The reward triggers on successful completion of the probationary period. There is no limit on who can refer: clients, contacts, former colleagues, anyone you know and respect in the professional community.
