We are pleased to notify you that the outage affecting inbound and outbound emails from Linex & Vable have been resolved by our email service provider, Mandrill.
The majority of emails sent from third party publishers since early Monday, February 4th have now been processed, though we expect the remainder to be processed over the next couple of hours. Emails which were delayed or queued in the backlog of alert publishes should now have been delivered as well.
Our expectation is that all services should resume normally going forward. We thank you for your understanding and patience throughout this experience.

An ongoing outage being experienced by our email service provider, Mandrill, is affecting both incoming emails as well as many of the outgoing emails from Linex/Vable.
Today we have received notification that they are in the process of offline maintenance to restore all services. However they have not yet provided us with a specific time-frame for full restoration of services, meaning we are unable to estimate when service to your accounts will be fully up and running.
The majority of emails sent from third party publishers since early Monday, February 4th have not yet been processed. Emails out of Vable/Linex have also been affected, meaning many are being held up in the email processing backlog causing significant delays in delivery.
Unfortunately we cannot provide an answer until we have been informed of the scope of the outage by the provider. Once we know the full scope and impact, we will update you.
We have started a process to move our services to a new provider which we believe is the best move for our clients. This is a complex, technical implementation and will take time. We know that the reliability of our services is critical to your business and we are doing everything in our power to make things right.
